Shaina Zafar (, 19, is the Chief People Officer at JUV Consulting. She oversees social impact, the Vine network, and company culture practices at JUV. Currently, she is a first-generation, low-income college junior at the University of Pennsylvania. At Penn, she is a part of Intercol, Penn's collegiate Model UN team, a member of the Turner Society for Social Impact, a member of the Pan Asian-American Cultural House Advisory Board, and currently organizing a social entrepreneurship conference at the University.

She now serves as the United State of Women Ambassador for Philadelphia, advocating for gender equity and amplifying Muslim and AAPI voices. She founded Code for a Cause, a program with Microsoft and Girl Scouts, that allowed young girls to learn about politics and STEM through programming. Previously, she's worked with the Born This Way Foundation and AOL's #BUILTBYGIRLS Program. She has been recognized as a Coca-Cola Scholar, StartingBloc Fellow, and was the youngest speaker at the United Nations and World Bank International Young Leaders Assembly.

Being cognizant of her voice and the power of Generation Z, she is constantly evaluating how JUV functions as a purpose-driven company—bringing her full energy to everything she does.

Every year on her birthday, she makes a Spotify playlist with only 365 songs. If she isn't exploring new music, you can find her drinking bubble tea, cooking at odd hours of the night, or tweeting @ShainaZafar!
